Agents

  • On the left side of the panel, in the Agents option on All, you can create agents manually, import them by template, approve, block and edit any information regarding agents.

  1. Allows you to add a new manual agent, add information like name, work ID, email, LOB…..
  2. Allows you to import a template in excel to your local computer so that you can fill in the fields contained therein.
  3. Allows you to import the template in axcel after filling it. It’s the simplest way to import agents, especially when it’s a large number.
  4. Allows you to search for a specific agent.
  5. Allows you to select a specific line of business so you can add the agent to that line of business.
  6. Allows you to add agents to the selected line of business.
  7. Allows you to add approve selected agents.
  8. Allows you to block selected agents.
  9. Allows you to delete selected agents.
  10. Allows you to view the agent’s name, LBO, Email, Date it was created, status (blocked or active), rating, and under actions we have icons for (edit, block and delete the agent)



  • Under the Agents option on active, it allows viewing active agents, editing, blocking and deleting.



  • Under the Agents option on Individual Schedules, under action icon allows you to create an individual schedule for each agent.

  1. Allows you to search for the agent you want to create an individual schedule.
  2. Allows you to select the agent you want to create an individual schedule for.
  3. Timezone associated with LBO.
  4. Allows you to view the start and end date of the schedule.
  5. The numbers in yellow indicate the number of seats created in that schedule.
  6. The blue dotted lines indicate the schedule start and end time.
  7. Indicates availability, can be dragged into the blue dashed lines (allows you to create an individual schedule for a specific agent).
  8. ABS “adsense”- can be dragged inside the blue dashed lines (allows you to create absence for that specific agent in the indicated timeframe).
  9. The OT “Over time”- can be dragged inside the blue dashed lines (allows you to create Over time for that specific agent in the indicated timeframe).
  10. VTO “Vulunt time off”- can be dragged inside the blue dashed lines (allows you to create Vulunt time off for that specific agent in the indicated timeframe).
  11. PTO “Personal time off”- can be dragged inside the blue dashed lines (allows you to create Personal time off for that specific agent in the indicated timeframe).

  • Under the Agents option on Need Approval, allows you to approve agents enrolled for the first time in the application.
  • Under the Agents option on Pending Registration, allows viewing the profile of agents with incomplete information.
  • Under the Agents option on Blocked, allows you to view blocked agents.
