Volunteer time off, as the name says, it allows you to create volunteer time off, using the calendar to select the date you want to create the VTO, selecting the VTO type (Day off or Holiday).

Allows you to select the line of business that you want to view the agents within the calendar.
Allows you to view the monthly calendar with the monthly dates, selecting one of these dates depending on the LOB configuration, it allows you to create a Volunteer time off by selecting the date, the typo and adding a description.
