On the left side of the chat panel, allows you Manager to exchange messages with (Administrators, other Managers and Administrators).
- Allows you to search for a specific contact by name.
- Allows you to view the entire list of contacts.
- Place where you type all messages sent to any of your contacts.
- This icon allows you to delete messages already exchanged with a specific contact.
